Postage / Shipping:-
For your convenience, you will be advised of the total invoice Including freight charges prior to going to the checkout.
Simply select your items from the online shop and add them to your cart. You will be asked to enter your postcode details in order to advise the cost of postage, at which time you can simply proceed to the checkout, or alternatively select further items and then go to the check out.
All prices quoted are based on the pricing structure of Australia Post, and calculated on the combined weight of the items ordered.
When ordering, please advise the most appropriate address for you to accept delivery between 9:00am & 5:00pm AEST. Monday to Friday as deliveries will need to be signed for. If there is no one to accept delivery, a card will be left with details about pickup from the local Post Office
Please note that delivery times are subject to the service provided by Australia Post. In most cases your parcel will be on your doorstep within 10 days.

We only collect personal information for the purpose of conducting our business, and ONLY our business. We do not sell, swap or trade personal information, or allow third parties to use ANY personal information collected by us.
Refund / Exchange Policy:-
We strongly believe in a "Make it right Policy"
We are very proud to stock high quality products, and understand that a picture may not always represent the product in its true form. Our product is of course best represented "in store" but having said that we have had numerous styles sold out due to a picture.
Need a bigger or smaller size, not exactly what you were expecting ?????? If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right.
We do however ask for your assistance, that where possible the product be returned to us within 14 days. It is also obviously appreciated that items are returned in their original condition, including all tags still attached.
If the reason for return is that the item is damaged or defective, we will also refund standard freight charges.
Refunds will be happily applied to a replacement item or returned to your credit card (ie using the same payment method as you used to purchase the goods).
We are confident that you will be happy with your choice.
